To reset your password, please follow the below steps:

1. Locate My Account in the top left of the header, then select the link to Login or Sign up.

2. Enter your email address and select continue.

3. Then select the linked text forgot password;

   1. Validate the entered email address and select continue.

4. You will then receive an email from us to update your password, check your email account and spam folder.

5. Select the reset password button in the email or copy and paste the URL into your web browser;

   1. Follow the prompts to enter your new password.

Once your password has been reset, in the header and select Login or Sign up. Enter your new credentials to access your account.

You can have multiple delivery addresses saved in your Address Book. To manage your addresses, navigate to the My Details page by selecting the menu item from the My Account dropdown in the header.
