No, unfortunately Gift Cards and eGift Cards should be treated as cash, and it is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder to keep it safe and secure. Ultra Beauty cannot issue a replacement if a physical or digital Gift Card is lost.

You have three years from the date of purchase to use your Gift Card or eGift Card. You can find the expiry date by using the Gift Card Balance Checker and follow the instructions.

Yes, you can buy multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction.

Yes, absolutely! You can use Chemist Warehouse Gift Cards and eGift Cards to purchase products from Ultra Beauty, online and in-store.

You can redeem multiple Gift Cards online at the checkout, these can be either Chemist Warehouse or Ultra Beauty Gift Cards. At the checkout, you can add them one at a time for your transaction.

No, you cannot redeem a Gift Card or eGift Card for cash.

No, if your Gift Card or eGift Card has expired the remaining amount cannot be refunded or credited.

No, we do not sell eGift Cards in-store; however, you can purchase a physical Gift Card at any of our Ultra Beauty stores.

Yes, you can use eGift Cards both online and in-store. You can also use physical Gift Cards online and in-store too!

If you have entered the incorrect email address for an eGift Card, you can contact our Customer Service team to help resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, you are unable to add your eGift Card to a digital wallet.

Yes, simply print out your eGift Card and bring it in-store! All the information we need will be printed.

Check My Balance

You can check the balance of your physical or digital Gift Card using the balance checker.

If you have a physical Gift Card, you can check the balance as the register by asking our friendly staff. If you have an eGift Card, you will need to use the online balance checker.

Returns & Gift Cards

If you request a refund in-store for a purchase paid in full using a physical or digital Gift Card – a new Gift Card will be issued with the total balance that will include any previous amount left on the old Gift Card.

If you are refunded online for a purchase paid in full using a physical or digital Gift Card, the refunded credit amount will be applied back onto the original Gift Card.

If you request a refund in-store or online for a purchase that is paid in part using a physical or digital Gift Card, in conjunction with another payment method. You will be refunded to that payment method and then the refund is issued for the Gift Card.

No, you are unable to return a physical or digital Gift Card in exchange for cash.
